Compost to kale chips

I owe my compost a story in this week of celebration, so sharing one of them. Very inspired by members of this group!! Compost to Kale chips story. What do you do when you make your own compost… of which I get a handsome amount every month or so. Have learnt a bit about kitchen gardening from some lovely and generous people across the country. So this share celebrates the kitchen to the kitchen story. How valuable kitchen waste becomes compost, which nourishes food plants without the aid of chemicals. The plants then come back to the table to nourish us. The tiny farmer spirit in me is overjoyed, though I have no acres to boast of… Rather just a little balcony… But seeing food grow even in pots nourishes my soul. And delights me immensely…
